Wavelength Repeatability
(1)Secondary spectrum scanning curve at 546.1 nm;
(2)The wavelength repeatability curve was obtained by five consecutive forward and reverse scans using the HP-GrMo30 (f=300 mm) monochromator;
(3)The maximum deviation of central wavelength among 5 scans is 0.015nm.
